Easter Bunny Tracks Trail Mix

Even the Easter Bunny has a sweet tooth. This glazed trail mix is the perfect combination of sweet and salty, sure to be a huge hit. We love to make this and put in goody bags to deliver to friends and family as a sweet surprise or serve as an easy Easter treat at any time around this special holiday.

Kids love to help in the kitchen, and in this recipe, there is quite a few ways they can join in on the fun. Let them combine the dry ingredients all themselves. Measure out the ingredients, and then just tell them to divide it between the two dishes. With "squeaky clean" hands they can use their little fingers to mix it up, just tell them to be gentle and challenge them not to make a "crunch". Once the glazed trail mix has cooled they can sprinkle in the M&M Candies, and once again can use little hands to gently mix, and then package in the goody bags.
