Bunnies By The Bay ~ Return/Exchange Policy
If you are not delighted with your Bunnies By The Bay purchase you may return the item for a full refund or exchange as long as it was not a final sale item.
Here are the bunnies requirements:
1) Be within 30 days of original sale.
2) Goods are returned in the same condition as the day they were purchased, not used, broken or devalued in anyway, with hangtags attached.
3) Defective items…this gets tricky. First we are terribly sorry. Second we will gladly replace the item if it is still in stock or refund your money…tricky part here…if it was not damaged through normal wear and tear. This will be at the discretion of our sales staff upon inspection.
4) Sale items: These are final sales so no refund or exchanges are allowed.
5) What if it was a gift? If you do not have the receipt we are still happy to exchange or apply a credit to your account for the value of the product shown on our website.
6) If item was purchased from a third party please return the product to the location you originally bought it from.
7) Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping expenses.
Purchases on sales items are final.
